Results of the Census of Population and House 2005 conducted by the INEGI, the Acuña municipality has 31,139 houses. The average of occupants is of 4.29 by house. For the construction they use block and/or brick.
During 2005 thru 2008 more than 15,000 new houses have been build and more than 8 private subdivisions this due to the demando in the industrial sector.
